PAYMENT
- FULL PAYMENTS are required, unless SEZZLE or SHOP PAY checkout is being used. Sezzle or Shop Pay allows you to pay in four smaller payments with no interest.
- Please understand that most banks are not open on the weekend. Processing could take up to 2-3 business days (SATURDAY or SUNDAY is not included).
- Payment method address and shipping address MUST MATCH or your order will be CANCELED and payment will be REFUNDED!
- Before finalizing checkout, please be sure to double check both the email and address provided, once the order is submitted this information cannot be changed.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds.
- Returns are only accepted under the circumstances of the wrong order being received.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Order processing time can vary based upon the service. The processing time for each service will be located in the description.
- After orders are placed, order confirmation will be sent via email.
- After the processing period, your shipping label will be created and tracking information will be sent via email.
- WigsbyTanesha LLC is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages once it’s received by the carrier. If your item becomes lost or stolen please contact the carrier directly.
GENERAL
- If you are purchasing a wig please ensure that you are using/providing accurate measurements. WIGSBYTANESHA LLC is not responsible for inaccurate measurements which could lead to improper fitting. There will be NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES.
- If you don't agree to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ PRODUCT AGREEMENT. Your order will be CANCELED.
